M/s Cee Em Exports started out in 1983
by trading in brass builders hardware items such as Door and Cabinet
hardware. By 1989, the business volume and quality standards necessitated
the company going into manufacture of its products. Within few years,
the product range diversified and extended to garden related decorative
accessories. Sundials, weathervanes taps, wind chimes and hose guards
became a staple in the company order book. Till date, these products
in brass, aluminium and iron form the bulwark of the company. |

The company specializes in armillary
sundials and weathervanes which, requiring a high degree of assembly
and finish through highly skilled and labour-intensive processes,
are made most competitively using very reasonably priced labour in
and around New Delhi, India. |

Mr. Deepak Talwar, the Managing Director and a team of experienced
metal working specialists. Mr. Talwar, M.Com, MBA promoted the company
and is well versed with quality and design requirements of international
clients due to interaction with various clients and through frequent
exposure to international trade fairs. |

The metal raw materials used are mainly
brass, aluminium an iron. The production process starts with sandcasting
of products through wooden moulds. Other parts are sheet stamped and
attached if applicable to rods and pipes appropriately shaped through
machining. The final product components are coloured through chemical
finishing, electroplating and/or electrostat powder coating/painting.
The production process, over the years, has evolved a quality checking
system which culminates in assembly and disassembly of each company
product before final packaging to ensure qood quality shipments on
a continuous and regular basis. |

The company has its own tool and die-making
facility along with a complete machining workshop and finishing plants.
Being a foundry, it is possible for the company to offer its customers
custom-made products at mutually agreed pric levels consonant with
market requirements. Most important of all, it is possible to control
quality parameters at all stages of the manufacturing process. Due
to low mould costs of wood and steel, it is possible to make frequent
design changes and introduce new products with no minimum requirements
